Our Mission

"Culture is Us" is a non-profit organization, which with its foundation, it has taken the initiative to promote young people in the fields of culture, art, tourism, environment, sports and innovation with different projects depending on the national policy development. Our vision is to actively involve young people globally, addressing all issues to foster a united and innovative society.

Its main objectives are:
-Create bridges of cooperation between young people and innovative projects in various fields such as tourism, culture, and innovation etc.
-Carry out activities in the development of policies for the protection of cultural heritage and its promotion throughout the territory of the Republic of Albania.
-Create opportunities for young people to participate in social life, cultural events, training, and decision-making.
-Develop youth skills and gain knowledge of various issues such as education, technological innovation, tourism, cultural heritage etc.
-Develop and enhance public awareness of social, cultural, and economic issues to foster a responsible society.

MINISTRY OF TOURISM AND ENVIRONMENT

The Ministry of Tourism and Environment purpose is to maintain the environmental regulation, sustainable use of natural resources, promotion of renewable resources, protection of nature and biodiversity, development and sustainable management of forestry and pastures.

SWISS CULTURAL FUND

Swiss Cultural Fund SCFA is a project of the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation SDC and it is implemented by Center for Business Technology and Leadership. The main goal of SCFA is to empower the independent cultural scene in Albania through financial support and capacity building for young and emerging artists and independent cultural organisations.

AGENCY FOR CIVIL SOCIETY SUPPORT

ASCS is a central, budgetary public entity and acts to fulfill its mission and objectives in accordance with applicable law. The Statute of the Agency is approved by the Council of Ministers. The mission of the Agency for Civil Society Support is to promote, through financial assistance, the sustainable development of civil society and the creation of favorable conditions for civic initiatives in the public interest, in accordance with Article 4 of the law, and with the priorities of government program strategies, according to the respective fields.

SWISS AGENCY FOR DEVELOPMENT AND COOPERATION

The Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC) is Switzerland’s international cooperation agency within the Federal Department of Foreign Affairs (FDFA). In operating with other federal offices concerned, SDC is responsible for the overall coordination of development activities and cooperation with Eastern Europe, as well as for the humanitarian aid delivered by the Swiss Confederation.

UNITED NATIONS POPULATION FUND

UNFPA is the United Nations sexual and reproductive health agency. Our mission is to deliver a world where every pregnancy is wanted, every childbirth is safe and every young person's potential is fulfilled.

MINISTRY OF HEALTH AND SOCIAL PROTECTION

The Ministry of Health and Social Protection is a department of the Albanian Government, charged with the responsibility to oversee the running of Albania's healthcare system, including supporting universal and affordable access to medical, pharmaceutical and hospital services, while helping people to stay healthy through health promotion.

ALBANIAN CENTRE FOR POPULATION AND DEVELOPMENT

ACPD is a non-for-profit organization, established in January 1993 that works for improvement of policies, legislation, the right of information and services for issues concerning population and development, including reproductive health.
